At Bananhot, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your swimwear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene liners intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all Bananhot labels and protective hygiene strips are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund or store credit will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
